| Appointment Guidelines
All appointment scheduling or cancellations must be made and confirmed via telephone communication or in person.
There will not be any e-mail appointments or cancellations accepted.
To ensure a relaxing experience, plan to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment.
We recommend reservations for multiple services to be scheduled at least two weeks in advance
Consultations are complimentary and recommended before any first-time hair, skin, nail or spa service. Please call to schedule extra time for your consultation before your service begins.
The appointments you select are reserved especially for you with one of our trained professionals.
Appointment for one service requires 24 hour cancellation.
Appointments for two or more services require 48 hour cancellation.
Late Cancellations will result in a charge of 50% of the value of scheduled services
Failure to show for appointments will result in 100% charge for reserved services.
The salon needs to pay it's therapists and stylists even if a client fails to show
WHEN TO ARRIVE:
Please arrive 10 min. prior your reservation to allow orientation to our salon.
If you are late some portions of your service may be shortened so that our technicians can perform safe disinfection routines between clients and remain on time for preceding clients

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover as well as personal checks
Appointments for multiple services and for some individual services will need to be guaranteed by credit card
Gratuities are not accepted on the card.
A $35.00 fee is charged for returned checks

Gift cards are fun for all occasions and can be purchased for any of our services,product or spa package throughout the year. (gift cards are transferable not refundable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen)

The expertise and availability of some of our beauty professionals command higher prices. These professionals offer you the benefit of years of advanced training and experience. However all of our staff regardless of position adhere to the high standards expected at La Mirage
Gratuities are not included in the price of services or packages
Gratuities are appropriate and graciously accepted by salon personnel
Gratuity envelopes are available at the reception desk when you check out
Always tip on the full value (pre-discounted not the promotional value)
A 20% gratuity is recommended for any service you have
$2.00 and up is recommended for a shampoo
Our trained technicians kindly request cash gratuities
Gratuities may Not be added to credit cards, personal checks or gift cards

We try very hard to create a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere for all of our clients. As such, we ask everyone to be courteous to other clients and to the salon staff.
We also ask that everyone turn off the ringer on their cellular phones while being serviced due to the nature of our work and the constant physcial contact between technician and client.
We ask that clients reschedule their appointments in the event of illness. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is evidently ill or disruptive to other clients & ruin their salon experience
For your ultimate relaxation and for your child's safety, we ask that you make alternate accommodations for young children not receiving salon services
